SRA SURFACE MOUNT ANCHOR POINTS
Surface mount anchor points for steel roofs offer rapid installation and 100% reliability when installed according to SRA instructions. Installation doesn’t require access to the underlying structure be it timber or steel. Each surface mount anchor is installed with 2x 14g screws into the underlying structure and 8 bulb tite rivets.
Allfit360° swivel anchor is supplied in 2 thicknesses (2mm and 3mm). More affordable 2mm plate is designed for fall arrest only while the 3mm more durable version works well in both rope access and fall arrest applications as well as a static line carrier.
Allfit360 is fast to install and fits most of the roof profiles. It isn’t suitable for roof profiles such as Brownbuilt, Longline and Spandeck.
Profile Grip range of anchors is designed for specific profiles and is patented in Australia (Patent 2004218599)
Profile Grip PG1 Longline has been developed specifically for the Longline 305 profile. It is suitable for all applications including fall arrest, rope access and static line support.
Profile Grip PG2 Brownbuilt has been developed specifically for the Brownbuilt 406 profile. It is suitable for all applications including fall arrest, rope access and static line support.
Maxifit 360° is similar to Allfit360° in design however much larger. It is designed for Lysaght Spandek roof profile as well as some profiles in New Zealand.
Maxifit360° can be used for fall arrest, rope access and to support a static line. Shown below is the size difference when compared to Allfit360° and installed Maxifit360° on the Spandek roof sheet.
