Position: Warehouse Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse and assembly area. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, has strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble anchor points, static lines, and other height safety products.
- Pack and dispatch orders.
- Arrange couriers and track deliveries.
- Order and receive stock and manage inventory levels in a stock taking program.
- Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records.
- Handle product returns and warranty items.
- Understand ordering and supply timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space.
- Move goods from delivery trucks onto shelves, operate pallet jack and forklift.
- Assist with walk-in customer sales and product enquiries.
- Assist with phone orders, email orders and other email enquiries such as installer course enquiries.
- Handle admin tasks such as invoicing, over the phone payments, client’s database updates.
- Communicate and update other staff members at handovers.
- Report to sales and marketing staff.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- Competent with emails and basic computer systems.
- Reliable, organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred:
- Previous experience managing or maintaining stock levels.
- Experience with inventory management systems, ERP, or CRM software.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, trade, or manufacturing environment.
- Northern beaches local or willing to commute to Manly Vale.
